If the option to return the vehicle was open I would sure do it just to be done with them.
Ryan Whitmore made purchasing our 2016 Jeep Cherokee Limited an easy experience. We'd been to 3 other dealers but I'd highly recommend Ryan at Noble in Newton. He's very knowledgeable and made sure we knew all about the Jeep before signing on the dotted line. A few days after purchase we noticed an issue with the headlights. Ryan drove from Newton to DSM to pick the car up and take it to the service station. A part was replaced and I had my Jeep back within 48 hrs. Now that's service!! Thanks Ryan, Dustin and Torren!

This was a site unseen deal. I must say Torren and the whole team from NOBLE that i had the pleasure to work with made sure that i was extremely well taken care of. They filled any need that was requested and went out of their way to verify that i was happy with my purchase. I was by no means pressured into anything at all. I am very happy with my dealing with Noble and will defiantly recommend friends and family to this dealership.
Worst automobile buying experience I've ever had. Had to return at least 3 times because to finance officer could not get the paperwork straight. Not to mention the barrage of phone calls and texts. I would go to a tote the note lot before I return to this circus.

I just bought my 14th vehicle at Noble. I could ask for better service and the sales team is always a pleasure to work with. Jeremy is great and we went the extra mike measuring the truck bed and going to my house and measuring my grandson's dirt bike to make sure it fit in the new bed before buying. Dick and the parts guys also go the extra mile. Why go to Des Moines when you have service and selection right at home here?
Was a horrible experience in all aspects. Took a mechanic two days to figure out that they broke a part of my car repairing a different part of my car. After having the car for a week to try and fix it the first time to just turn around and have the same issue was horrible, especially due to a lack of care on the mechanics part during a repair. Hopefully the part that they fixed the second time around was actually fixed. As of right now I am never going back for any mechanical work I need done.
