Grateful for such friendly and helpful staff!! I feel good about coming in and getting the work I need done in a timely manner with smiles and wonderful customer service. They give explainations of work completed and recommendations for any possible needs with no pressure.
Stopped today after hours just hoping someone could tell me if my tire was safe to drive out of town to work the next morning. Just as they were leaving for the day, not only was my tire checked, but fixed for me as well. Great staff willing to go the extra mile. I purcashed new tires from them recently as well and was very pleased then as well.
The staff is very courteous and helpful and they explained in the situation to where you can understand considering if you don't know that much about being a mechanic so I will always bring my car here. Keep up the good work Matt and Brian and my mechanic whose name I don't know.
Stranded hours from home in subzero temps near Newton. Towed to Magnum by our choice as the staff were the only ones who gave us any hope of help over the phone--other repair centers said they could maybe help us in a few days. We knew our problem made our car undrivable, but was likely something minor. It was, and Magnum diagnosed the problem quickly and got us back on the road. Thank you to all the staff at Magnum! So professional and wonderful. I cannot thank them enough.
I told them to put a cheap starter on my truck becase. I was selling it napa had one for $60 they put a $190 one on it wont be using then again one star is one to many take your car to cappys better prices and better service
