For the 1st time in I'm guessing 2-3 years now, they were fully staffed! What a nice change from going in, seeing people sitting without water, menu or food. It's a miracle that they have not been shut down due to so many repeated complaints at the same Perkins in the same town. People of all ages would complain about the exact same problems. Guaranteed. It's a roll of the dice.
Food was good although it took a while to get the order. We were seated promptly. A bit slow getting our water, but everything else was just fine. Waitress was very courteous & fairly prompt checking on how things are.
Always great and friendly service. The food is just the way we like them. Today the strawberry cream cheese crispers were so delicious!
We were however glad we gave them another chance.
Good service food was great. Easy off and on I80.
Bad service. Took over an hour to get the food out to us and my French toast was undercooked.. my brothers grilled cheese was cold when they gave us the food. Grilled cheese doesn’t take an hour to make. Ridiculous..
Oh, and to the people all sitting there who got up and left after no service, they overheard the host telling us that the cook hadn't shown, they only had one waitress who was trying frantically to reach other employees to come into work. She was a nervous wreck. The guy in the tie out front was the one that stepped up & told us about the problem.
Waited for 20 minutes for service. The tables around us were here after us but was get service. They need to have more staff.
