I went into GameStop because I was switching from Xbox one to PS4 everything I traded in they counted it as defective but all of it worked and was in good condition! The people working didn't even know about deals going on I bought a used PS4 i got my game for free with it only because I corrected him and he had a major attitude and in the process I got home there was no disk in my case for the game and I didn't get the cord that hooks up the controller to sink my controller to the PS4 and i live 25 min away from GameStop get it together people !! Very very disappointed!!
