I went into the store to purchase a new phone and was told by the salesperson that's it best to stay with the phone you know. Please don't assume I'm stupid! Wanted to buy a phone outright and they were completely unhelpful. Clearly they have a quota to meet of monthly payment plans!!!
Went here to switch carriers because I wanted better nationwide coverage. I ended up keeping my plan with US Cellular because the customer service with this Verizon store was just outright terrible. I asked them about cost, but they wouldn't tell me anything. I asked about the new Google phone and found out I knew more about the phone then them. What really grinds my gears was the fact I sat in the store ( I was the only one in there), and no one working there wanted to acknowledge I was there. Glad I didn't waste my money there.
