(negative) I wish the're are up dated signs to let people know when the pool closes and I wish they would scrub the tub more deeply and I also think they should add a hot tub will they are updateing.
Google maps had the directions right on. Easy to see from Rd just slightly hidden entrance. You need to go to 12th to get to 19th, the actual street the hotel is on. Needing was clean. Soft sheets. Plenty of pillows. They had more 2 queen rooms than kings (better than doubles beds). I like the way the bath room is laid out. Sink outside the tub toilet, the closet faces the sink. Like a hall way, Blocking the view of sink. (Sorry if that doesn't make sense) then door too tub and toilet with a door. Room is really large. That is a desk and office chair along with regular chair. The fridge is larger than others I have seen in some hotels. There were plenty of plugs near bed too. The toilet was not cleanest... no one had used the room in while water line was growing... but other was was clean. The drain in tub shower was pretty slow. We will advise front desk hope that will be an easy fix. Our room had new carpet and new pictures on wall... not sure they have painted this room yet. For the price we paid we would stay again (about 70 with the tax).ps. looks like cute downtown with some history.
It’s not as bad as people describe and has recently been remodeled on the outside. They are starting the interior as well. It would behoove management to pay closer attention to details. Couple of things I noticed: no gym (even though someone posted a photo of one?), AC in room was turned off when I got there (making the room musty), entire hotel was pretty warm actually, sink didn’t have an aerator. Other than that the place has potential: the outside looks great, it is kept pretty clean, and the breakfast area is excellent.
(Positive) heated pool, microwave, mini fridge, comfy beds, clean room, nice service and guest laundry.
New carpet and much needed updating. Free continental breakfast. Only 3 king suites in the house.
The room was clean and quiet. Staff was friendly. Check-in was fast and we didn't have reservations. Breakfast was the best I have had at a hotel. We were well rested and ready to continue our travels.
